After a long, courageous fight, Randy's battle has come to a peaceful end. He was hospitalized thursday, but it was soon aparent that there wasn't anything more to be done. We and the excellent staff of Our Lady of the Lake (THE 5th FLOOR ANGELS)did everything to the best of our ability to make him comfortable. He died peacefully in the presence of his family on Tuesday at 11:15am. Services are as follows:
Thursday, March 13 from 5-9pm and Friday, March 14 from 11-noon at Greenoaks Memorial.
If you would like to contribute, please make a donation in his name to the American Cancer Society.
We thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for the continued prayers and support.

GETTING THE NEW PORT
Well after getting the new port, we just thought everthing was good. Got the port on Thursday, Friday I slept all day with exception of getting up to eat, drink and get rid of it. (Man it'd storming like mammy yen yen out there.) I think surgery to both arms at the same time had something to do with it. Saturday and Sunday I got the shakes real bad, so Wanda called the Dr. She gave me a half a Hadol, which is a skiso thing. It did the trick, though like to slept all day. Stayed long enough to watch the race and cook. Then back to sleep till this morning. I think I'm getting better now. All my counts were good, except platlets, should be 150, they read 85. He said not to worry they would come up.
